Karma Tickets, Inc. (“Karma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you create an account or interact with Karma, we may collect your name, email, age or date of birth, payment information, artist or event preferences, and purchase history (including ticket, merchandise, or other exclusive offer purchases made through the Platform).

(b) Information from Linked Digital Streaming Providers (DSPs)

When you connect a DSP account (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music), you authorize Karma to access listening activity, public profile info, and engagement metrics permitted by that DSP's API and extended streaming history takeout file.

(c) Automatically Collected Information

When you use Karma, we may automatically collect device type, browser, IP address, location, and usage data to help us improve performance and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; calculate loyalty tiers; personalize offers; prevent fraud; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations. We may also use anonymized or aggregated data for artist and partner insights.

3. How We Share Information

We may share certain information, including fan insights, engagement data, and aggregated or anonymized analytics, with our artist, label, venue, and other business partners. These disclosures help improve loyalty programs, audience engagement, marketing efforts, and the overall fan experience.

We may also share information:

• With payment processors and other trusted vendors who assist in operating the Platform and fulfilling transactions;
• With service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, and product development;

We retain data as long as necessary to provide services, comply with laws, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no online service is completely secure. You use Karma at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy

Karma is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 may only use Karma with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we discover such data, it will be deleted.

9. International Users

If you access Karma from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We comply with GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
